It's almost impossible to understand Marx's specific theoretical and methodological positions 150 years after. Not because they're exceptionally difficult, rather that they've been obfuscated by generations of pro- and anti- ideologues. Althusser's project is to reconstruct Marx's theoretical practices at a very high level of rigor, clarifying, for example, the specific differences between Hegel's understanding of "dialectics" and Marx's. In doing so he produces a series of new concepts: "structure in dominance", "overdetermination", "problematic", "epistemological break", "combinatory" and others. While none of these *terms* is present in Marx's writing, the things they refer to definitely are. In turn, this labor makes it possible to clearly understand the theoretical differences between Marx's early works and his mature ones; that is, between his "Feuerbachian" youth and his Marxist maturity. This is a difficult work, but a profoundly rewarding one for those interested in what it is that makes Marx Marx.

I have searched for years for this book. My son, Ben, is now 25 years old. This was the first book he learned to read and we still talk about what a sweet book it was! We somehow misplaced this little treasure of a book and I'd love to find another copy so he can teach his children to read it. He read it to me so many times that I can almost recite it word for word now!

This book is a pure visual resource, little text, just store names and location details noted in Japanese and English. For anyone interested in Jewelry store interiors this book provides 240 pages overflowing with 367 glossy photos profiling 137 shops. Innovative lighting, display cases and window displays are evident. Published in 1992, some may find the store designs now look somewhat dated, but it still provides visual inspiration.

Chapters' titles include: In-Shop Store Entrances and Interiors, Interior Shops in Department stores, Free Standing (road surface) Stores Facades and Interiors, Mikimoto's Window Display, Mixed Shops in The Jewelry Market and a sections titled Store Designs 5 Years.

Each store profiled in the book is given approximately 4 large photos, spread over 2 pages. The style of the various stores depicted range from large retailers to smaller boutiques. Western store are included, but the book profiles only stores located in Japan.

This is finally the correct book for a mercury sport jet 90 and 120 horse power head and jet pump. The book has only the correct information needed to repair these power heads and does not include all other mercury products. Also, mercury bought out force and chrysler during this time period. The book also has the correct information about those products as well. I recommend this product.

This book includes many great, creative shopping spaces shown with lots of pictures. I highly recommend if you are interested in retail design. I am a master's student in design, focusing on spaces that are experiencial, artistic, and informative for the visitors. In a word, I am inspired by many of the projects in this book, some more than others, but overall I definitely recommend this book. We should all think about space with more flexibility like the designers featured in this book.
