It is nice to see that there are people still out there teaching and pushing the true essense of the martial arts. This is a good book for learning that, well done.

I am very impressed. This book is extremely accurate and holds alot of knowledge regarding Tai Chuan Tao and can definately be used as a tool. The authors dedication to this beautiful art is obvious. A must have for your library.

I found this book to be very informative especially for the novice student. It really gets into the theory of the martial arts. I'm waiting for more. Good work Mr.Gabriel and Mr. Griffin

This is a fantastic book from a fantastic author. He not only tells one how to get started flipping Real Estate, he tells you how to find the funding. Very helpful for a guy like me, starting with nothing. Also you can actually get a hold of him if you have any questions. (very unusual) Before today, I have never writen a review, but I had to say it. This book is TERRIFIC!!! Thanks Rod.

This book gives step by step instruction on how to buy and flip real estate and covers a lot of ground. It's very straight forward and easy to understand and I found it very helpful as I was starting my business. I would definitely recomend this book as a good starting point for real estate investors.

I've read his Martial Arts book and really enjoyed it, so I had to read his first romance book. I liked how he spoke from the first person, like I was really there with all those feelings and emotions. It was interesting to me that it was written how people really speak to each other. I love to read and I look forward to his next book...

I thought that A Lost Innocence had a new twist on a good old fashioned crazy relationship! Rod Griffin wrote this compelling novel about a on again off again relationship where both partners are up to no good. What I liked the most about his book was that these characters grow and learn from their mistakes but it takes one heck of a roller coaster ride to get them there. The character Dean really ticked me off and I kept on reading! I read a lot so when an author can get an emotional response out of me I know it is very good writing. I definitely recommend this book.

My gosh, is there anything this guy doesn't do! Somebody give this guy a book award! This is a very good read, I was surprised at how easily the author was able to jump back and forth between the characters. A suspenseful, romantic and very entertaining read, I highly recommend it. I'm waiting for the next one!

Just another real estate book or infomrcial if you wanna go buy some tapes or go to seminars such as Carlton Sheets or Russ Whitney this book is along those same lines of thought.

This book is not based on sound business planning and analysis. It is based on dreams and fantasy. It leaves out the real financial analysis you should do and replaces it with the hope that everything will work out fine and without risk.

Over the years I have bought a lot of real estate books but none of them ever gave this much information! I am so glad I bought it! For years I have not driven my car, to scared to confront traffic, people etc. But reading this book has given me the encourgement to start driving my car again so that I can really get busy doing real estate successfully! It has been wonderful receiving all this knowledge! I can't wait to purchase your next book, and thank you so, so much.

This was a very informative book, I couldn't believe the amount of solutions the author gives on purchasing real estate creatively. I really got that I can start investing in real estate with creative solutions, it works! Not just another get rich quick book, this is solid useful info. I highly recommend it.
