This book is an amazing book with so much information that will blow you away. The book took many years to write....
when you read it you will understand why. There were a few slow parts in this book, but overall a five star. Reading
second world war books is somewhat like taking a large Jig Saw puzzle and putting it together piece by piece. After
reading over 30 W.W.II books, Body Guards of Lies put a big part of the puzzle together for me. It's unbias not like
some of the books I have read from USA authors. it's a must read ...you will not be disappointed.

This short classy gorgeous book shares some of the soul of San Francisco as well as the spirit and paths of the photographer. I was able to see more of San Francisco thanks to the delightful tips from this sensitive soul who has spent decades having fun in SF. This book was a great supplement to more conventional guides on the SF Bay area.

There are patterns for 25 classic sweaters in varying sizes. There are sweaters for the little ones (sizes 1 through 4), as well as sweaters for big kids (up to size 12).

I read many comic trade paperbacks. This one was a lot of fun. It doesn't have any superheroes if that's your thing. It plays out more like a comedy/action movie, and does it well. I look forward to more, if there will be any.

My only possible complaint is the size (it's somewhere between normal "comic" size and the smaller "digest" size), but it doesn't really detract from the contents.

This is the perfect calendar for a crowded bulletin board, tiny cubicle, or busy refridgerator. Rocketbuster Boots is known for their strong cowboy boot design, ingenious iconography and bold colors. Each calendar month is represented by one cowboy boot topping the page and a few smaller boots scattered among the days. Remember, this is a mini-calendar ...which means the squares for each date are only 1" x1," but your eye is naturally drawn to the holidays and each month's full moon by subtle color-shading. (I wish more calendars would do this.)

I've got two boot calendars. This one is over my desk... Jim Arndt's is in the kitchen.

I thought the "stages" shown in this book were very helpful. True, I don't own the type of home shown but one can easily interpret the ideas to suit a more modest home and budget. I purchased this book after her newest book, "A Winter House" (so very scrumptous!}.

My wonderful wife bought me this masterpiece 10 yrs. ago. I open it up anytime I need photographic inspiration. Why did I not take one of his seminars? This book, in my biased opinion, would be worth 150 bucks (in great condition of course)for photographic lovers. Landscapes, close ups, surreal images........ I wish I had much more of Mr. Haas' stuff.
