Miss Campbell does a wonderful job explaining the history and lifestyle of the English Yeoman. This book in time will be an equivalent to a precious artefact of England's rural history prior to the age of industry and commercialism. The English countryside and the disappearance of a class of society that only existed in England during the middle ages is quite unique. The loss of the English countryside lamented by Tolkien and others shows its connections with the loss of a society that was once self reliant away from the bustle of industry.

This is a book any serious student of Medieval, Tudor, and Stuart era studies should have on their bookshelf.

This book is a truly fascinating and in depth training manual on the practice of the complete Enochian system of magick without the need for physical temple, robes, or tools. This makes it one of the most workable systems for scrying the Enochian Aethyrs and exploration of the entire magickal universe ever devised.

Some people dislike the Schueler's system because it deviates from the Golden Dawn method. This is actually quite funny, because the GD method deviates radically from John Dee's original Enochian system. Basically all of these systems are valid and each is internally consistent with it's own teachings.

For those who have neither the time, space, money or inclination to fit up an entire working temple and magickal implements this book offers an excellent and powerful system of psychological/ spiritual advancement and development.

I found this book to be extremely helpful in intergrating art projects into the classroom curriculum. The projects can be used by themselves as wonderful art lessons or can be used with other subject matters to reinforce learning. The lessons are simply stated and easy to follow. A must for anyone dealing with children.

As always, the Garland Guides to Research are inestimably valuable, gathering all the available bibliographical materials into one reference work. Dr. Kushner's annotations add commentary that makes the sifting through of these voluminous materials a far more enjoyable task.

As a coach, it's very important to know what to do in the event an athlete gets hurt. Since there aren't enough Trainers to go around, I decided to learn as much as I could about acute athletic care. Several Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers recommended this book to me, and I must say, it's every bit as helpful as they said it would be. It gives step-by-step instructions, excellent diagrams, and great prevention tips since it is, technically, a textbook. The only thing more helpful than this book on the sidelines or in the dugouts is MAYBE an ice-pack. Every coach should read this book, study this book, and keep this book close by during practice and game-time. I highly recommend it.

The Yuchis, a Native American people originating in the southeastern United States, were forcibly relocated to the Indian Territory (along with their neighboring Native American tribes) in the 1830s. More than seventy years later, much of their traditional way of life still survived into the early 1900s and was observed and recorded by anthropologist Frank G. Speck (1881-1950) during the years 1904 to 1908. Speck documented numerous facets of Yuchi culture, including language, subsistence practices, decorative arts, domestic architecture, clothing, religious beliefs and rituals, healing practices, mythology, music, social and political organizations, warfare, games, and life transition rituals and customs from birth to burial.
