I bought this book for my brother and he said it is the best book I could have ever got him. It has a lot of information he needed for maintaining his own tractor. Anyone who is interested in John Deere tractors I would recommend this book to them.

I bought this book for my husband who had just bought a used John Deere tractor. Within a week of receiving the book the pump on the tractor went out. The shop manual proved to be a handy thing to have since we now needed to do some repairs to the tractor. Very pleased with the product and the time it took to receive it.

This book contains all specs for two cylinder John Deere tractors including serial number reference guides. I have used it a number of time when I am looking at buying another tractor.

Great Book !!

The material, especially that of Jim Schrager, was "spot on." The subject matter was well organized, nicely presented, chock full of useful information and written so that the lay person could understand what was being written/discussed.

This is a wonderful book on the Porsche nameplate. Several great photographs and lots of useful information for any Porsche enthusiast.

This book is fantastic. It is a well researched look into the long chain of events that allowed the Germans to buy two prized English Legends, Rolls Royce Motorcars and Bentley. The author does not wag his finger or denounce the Germans from taking Rolls Royce away from the Brits. He lays it on the line. He details the bad decisions and market forces that eventualy forced the English automaker's hand. This book must be read for its look into the automotive industry. This book is not filled with dreamy eyed descriptions of "the best car in the world." The various executives who speak in the book are realistic in describing the problems Roll Royce had suffered over the years, regarding build quality and financial issues.

Walk into the local supermart of bookstores, leaf through the "business" section and within five minutes know the sum total of five best sellers. The "transportation" shelves typically offer little better: business histories that read like the old notes of a reporter or minutiae on a historical marque.

Then comes Richard Feast, with his compelling saga of the world's most revered automotive name, its trials and (sometimes) self-inflicted tribulations, linked carefully and accurately to the industry around it and to the particular travails of British industry in the second half of the 20th Century. Filled with first-rate reportage and wonderful characters, it is a wonderfully spun, brilliantly paced history that no doubt will become a reference work for generations of car lovers and business watchers.

Take it from a real truck driver in Australia, this book has it all. From the begining right through to what we drive today. Very informative for the novice truck enthsuiest right through to the expert.

Kings of the Road : A Pictorial History of Trucks is informative and has great pictures. It goes back to the beginning of motorized travel and brings the reader up to the late 90s. If you get goosebumps when seeing a powerful Mack or a sleek Freightliner, give this book a read.

This is a great book.This publisher,also known as "The auto editors of consumer guide" have put together a series of great books on various makes.They are interesting books with mainly colour photos throughout show the various model Lamborgini's and a reasonable history make this series of books good value.They were printed on high quality glossy paper with a hardcover and a colour photo added to the cover.If you can find a copy hold on to it.

LSS takes you through the history and models from Lamborghini in under 100 pages. I own many books about the cars from this famous Sant'Agata factory and LSS is well organized and 99% in color, which is a big bonus compared to some other publications. There are some buyer's guides which provide more detailed technical information, but LSS is a perfect introduction to the marque and an easy read. Written by the editors of Consumer Guide

I was pleasantly surprised with this book. I ordered it with some others and was not expecting this one to be as good as it was.

The Good = This book does a really good job of presenting a lot of information in a quick and easy to read format. The book covers history, people, the cars and even mentions the marine engine business. There is an article written by an owner who bought an old car and restored it. I was surprised how much information was there. Each chapter had articles included in it, as a way to get more information about a subject, without interupting the flow of the story. I loved the format. For the money, this is a great buy.

The Bad = Some of the pictures could have been better (there are still plenty of good ones). This book never gets too in depth on any one subject. It is more of a "little of everything" style of writing. Not a lot of new information for the Lamborghini book collector.

Conclusion = This is a really good overall Lamborghini book. For the price it is wonderful. For the hard core reader/owner/collector, this might seem a bit light.

As there are very few books on Lamborghini I have thoroughly enjoyed this book.This book covers all the models to date and in great detail too.Even has a buyers guide too.

Its a great book that will please most owners and ehthusiasts alike.An ideal book to add to your collection.
