I really love recreating the idea's in this book. I have a wonderful "Welcome" plaque hanging on my front door that I (yes me!) made.

Book took a month to get to me but it was well worth the wait! page after page of amazing work! great book to add to the design libary, good resource!

I bought this book several years ago & have enjoyed it many times since. Luxurious photos showing a wide range of styles of coastal houses from ultra modern to rustic to contemporary. The reader can get good interior design ideas no matter where their own home is located. Interesting descriptions of the owners of these homes as well and why they wanted to live where they live. I wrote this review as a compliment to the author and photographer...a job well done. My copy will be enjoyed for many more years.

This book gives very good general tips on designing and decorating your home office. The pictures are beautiful and show a wide variety of styles. The book describes the benefits of different types of furniture. It also gives you sources for where to get the products in the photos.

Bonus: It has a section titled "work-space basics" which give you tips for floor planning, safety (e.g. outlets and cords), heating and cooling, and security.

I recommend this book to any one who is setting up a home office or wants tips to refresh the home office they already have.

Angelo Caranfa is obviously a huge fan of Claudel, yet gives a thorough and detailed account of her life and work. A wonderful, passionate book that gives Camille Claudel the recognition she deserves.
