My house looks unreal, and I never bought anything new. Mr. Barbotti I give you a 2 thumbs up and 10 bright and shiny stars. This book is a godsend for anyone who needs help with design!!!!!

Loved it! I read e-customer (this is the follow-up) and enjoyed the passion but this is a whole different league.

In terms of detail and practicality this has it all. It presents five-implementation steps for the e-customer programme from (1) how to understand your e-customer; (2) figuring out what difficult stuff he wants that you can give him; (3) getting a team together to deliver what he wants (a council of ideas); (4) delivering an end 2 end experience that delivers what he wants; to (5) keeping it fresh and stay in business.

I am sure there will be other books but this one deserves a place on the bookshelf of every business person with customers! Max appears from his web site ...to be very popular outside the USA and with a book of this quality he deserves more of your attention!

I already had the "big book" on wikipedia.org, "Wikipedia: The Missing Manual", but I've found that some people won't collaborate on wikis when you have such a large book.

This new book "Wikipedia: Reader's Guide" is much smaller than I expected, but I'm very happy with it.

Despite the title of this book that implies that it's for readers, the pamphlet has two main sections: 1) for readers and 2) section II for elementary editing.

This book also covers some of the wikipedia sister projects such as wikiversity.org and wikibooks.org.

So, now our people know about the free, online wiki encyclopedia, wikipedia.org, but we're going to also benefit from the free textbooks at: wikibooks.org and the free lesson plans and lessons from wikiversity.org

I have to admit it, I bought this game 8 years ago because the packaging looked so nice. I started playing it immediately and I discovered that this is the best adventure game I ever played. It's funny, absorbing, and beautiful. There are lots and lots of great puzzles inside it, and you always feel great achievement when you solve something (since it is always hard to solve something). I'm amazed how Sierra does not re-release this gem (let alone not mentioning it at all), even though, in my opinion, it's way better than other adventure games Sierra is praising right now, such as King's Quest, Leisure Suite Larry, etc...

I have just finished reading this book and I believe it is an excellent resource for single Christians who want to begin the on-line dating process. This is an excellent introductory source for the beginner's form "The Thirteen Golden Postures" in the Wu style of T'ai Chi Ch'uan from one of the few qualified masters in the United States. Being a very small book, it will not provide the philosophical depth that some are looking for. Master Lee's website is a good resource for more information, as are the websites for his branch schools, which teach Wu Style T'ai Chi, Chang Style Pa Kua, and My Jhong Law Horn Style Kung Fu.
