Well-written and helpful guide for camping, especially tent camping, in Utah.
The author has done a fantastic job of highlighting the different tent camping options in Utah and has included his personal preferences of both campgrounds and the individual sites within each campground.
If you are new to tent camping in Utah, I highly recommend this book. If you are a more seasoned camper, I still recommend this book because he has obviously put his heart and soul into visiting all the campsites in Utah which is something that most of us simply do not have the time to do.
Included are helpful maps, contact information and additional sources for further information.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to go camping in Utah!

This is exactly what I was searching for to complete and supplement my plans for the year with my Technology classes.

If you're considering attending a Midwestern university, I highly recommend this book. In addition to typical information about universities, there are also testimonials from students about student life, organizations, and whether the campus parties are good. Some comments include: "There's not really a lot to do", "The faculty care greatly about the students", and "Everyone drinks and the parties rock". That's certainly not information the school's P.R. department would disclose!

All in all, a wonderful guide (which I used) to determine which school fits you best.

I liked this guide because it focused on particular regions of the country -the Northeast, and because it surveyed students on campus life. There are particular colleges that I am looking at for one of my former students and this guide is a good way for me to know more about them and for him to read also. We are in the Rochester, NY area so we focused on that area. I found out that SUNY Geneseo, my former alma mater, is still heavily focused on alcohol as it was when I went to school. A very disappointing factor for me. I was a non-drinker and life could be hell around drinkers, that is something I need to tell my student, a non-drinker. Brockport has some advantages but Nazareth College is looking more and more attractive. I liked the high interest ratings the professors got and the 95% rating of campus life, without being a drinking college. I can't wait to share this guide with my former student so he can get more information on colleges.

I bought this book six months ago and have been selling like crazy to many of the listed magazines. Even though I am an author of books, I love to hit those magazines as well. I write. I just got this book and I was so impressed with the writer's straight-forward style that I felt like an old friend was suggesting the best places to stay in Hawaii. It is honest and detailed and a must-have book for planners who want to make the most of their stay in Paradise.

Grant categorizes the many B&Bs, resorts, inns, condos etc. according different travellers' tastes and needs. Each island has her recommendations for "Best Romantic Hideaways," "Best Resorts for Wordly Elegance," "Best Family Resorts," "Best Resort Values," etc.

Based on her description and pictures we saw on the web, we are confident we have found exactly what we are looking for on the three islands that we want to visit on our honeymoon.

I can't say enough about it! If you are going to Hawaii and you don't want a cookie-cutter-travel-agent-planned vacation, but you still want value for your money, do yourself a favor and buy this book.

I got this book when planning a 20th anniversary trip to the Caribbean with my husband. I hadn't been to the Caribbean before and was overwhelmed by the choices. The book helped me narrow down my choice to two wonderful hotels on Grenada, an island I had never thought of visiting. The book's descriptions are vivid and accurate.

If you're tired of staying at Motel 6 on every trip, this book provides you with some great options throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The author really did his research, and he gives you a really detailed picture of every inn and hotel listed, from the most interesting dishes on the dinner menu to the exotic and/or amusing history behind some of the establishments.

I was skeptical that another book could be different than any other on this same subject, but was I wrong - this is a "must-read" book for any financial professional, accountant, CPA and appraisal expert who conducts online research and looks for in-depth information. Lang and Tudor have outdone themselves. Bravo to a world-class effort! One piece of information in the first chapter alone more than covered the cost of the book.

This book really lives up to it's title! It gives a detailed overview of each site, it also mentions a few things to try out on the site (along with other sites to try) and a few highlights e.g. - kid friendly - Teachers will fid it useful for classroom

It is extremely well displayed, easy to use and enjoy.
