i bought this calendar the other day. i know we have 4 months until the new year comes, but i just couldn't resist! i love lindsay lohan so much. i think she has amazing talent in her acting and has a real natural beauty. these photos were taken of course before she went blonde and lost a lot of weight. she looks good in every picture. the calendar photos are all in color and the "calendar part itself is not a small litlle square in the corner like other calendars i've purchased in the past.if u like lindsay lohan or just like looking at her face then i suggest you buy this for 2006. it's great!

Lindsay Lohan's debut on an audio book is superb! The Abbie Girl Spy series features a brilliant young heroine for today's youth. The mystery is intriguing and quite a page turner. If parents are looking for an excellent series for their daughter, look no further. I have also read the other books in the series and can highly recommend them!

Mary Cep, well i mean Lola (is what she likes to be called). Lola is in her own little world. She lived in New York in manhattan and she finds out that she has to move to New Jersey Dellwood a.k.a. "Deadwood". Lola's dream is to become a Actress and she feels moving to "deadwood" is going to cramp her Style.
She goes to a new school and finds out that she's not the only drama queen, there are plenty more. She meets her only frined Ella who is totally the same but somewhat opposite from Lola. And they clicked, But she finds out there is a play that she want to play in but their is trouble coming her way when she finds out that Ms. Carla Santini is going to for the same part Carla also known as a drama queen, the diffences between them is that Carla is rich and Lola is not the rich. That causes drama between two big drama queens. Through out the book They are getting at each other.

Mary Elizabeth cep or like she prefers to be call Lola because she think "Mary Elizabeth" sond like an English maid. She thinks Lola is romantic and mysterious. The story start when Mary's mom dissaded to move to New Jersey. Mary, her mom and her two sister twins pam and paula move to Dellwood or "Deadwood" New Jersey. There Mary think she was going to be the center of attention in the town and school. Mary dissaded to start her own makebelieve life but it dint work her way because the most popurlar girl in school was not going to let Mary her spothlight. Carla Santini made her life hard for Mary or Lola (that how every one call her in the high school). Mary try out for the school play PYGMALION and she got the lead part because she knew Carla wanted that part for then on Carla try to make Mary life a living hell but Mary make it and she got the spotlight she wanted seen the beginning
I relly like this book like this book because this book is realistic. I could relate to this book like Mary i move too to passaic New Jersey n like Mary I lie on some think but I dint lie about big think i didnt kill my father like she didnt so her friend could fell sorry for her and her family. This book is verry interisting n it makes you ask your self what is going 2 happens next. I recomment this book to every one. Dyan Sheldon is a very good writer.

Mary Elizabeth Cep has known practically since birth that her name is far too ordinary for a girl of her nature. This is why she has renamed herself Lola Elspeth Cep (or Sep, she hasn't decided yet). However, her friends and family in The City, who have known her her whole life, fail to comply.
So, when her mother announces that they are moving to Dellwood (aka Deadwood), New Jersey, Lola (after finally resigning herself to the news) sees it as a chance to reinvent herself, and the likes of Carla Santini, the most popular girl in school, can't stop her. Along the path of her reinvention she befriends Ella, her polar opposite on the wildness scale, and shows her that a little adventure now and then is perfectly acceptable. A classic new-girl tale is pumped up with drama and makes for an entertaining read.

'WOW' This is a really good book. Mary Elizabeth Cep none as Lola, is a huge drama queen whitch is what her mom refers to her. She's also a normal teenager who wants to go to the last consert of Sidartha. Her parents gave Lola offers but none of them are good enough for her or Lola's friend Ema. They also have to proof something to the meanest, richest girl in New York Carla Santini. Lola also has to get the leading role in the drama club. The night of the Sidhartha consert comes and Lola has a plan. At first it dosen't work out but towards the end it all works out good.

The book is mostly a compilation of Lindsay's various interviews with magazines. It also has a biography and a filmography. One chapter is devoted to debunking myths concerning her. I've seen all the pictures that are in the book and read most of the text in other places. There were a few things that I hadn't read before. It's a good buy if you've never read the many magazine interviews she's given (or don't want to track down each and every magazine).

REVIEW
For my IRP, I chose to read 'Lindsay Lohan - The IT Girl Next Door' by Lauren Brown. I chose to do my IRP on Lindsay Lohan because I am a huge fan of her acting. My all-time favorite movie is Mean Girls and Lindsay Lohan plays the main character, Cady Herron, in the film! In this biography, Brown makes sure to keep her overall tone of the book very casual and basic. I learned many details about Lohan in just about every chapter. Did you know that Lindsay was born Lindsay Dee Lohan but later changed her name to Lindsay Morgan Lohan? Brown continues to add quirky, fun facts throughout the entire book. I was amazed at how Lohan always loves to have many things in common with the roles she plays in the movies. Lohan actually states that she "only plays characters" she can "relate to," which definitely seems to be the case so far!
This book was very inspirational in many different ways. There are tons of tips from Lohan and Brown given to the reader during the book on steps Lohan took to becoming the huge movie star that she is today. My favorite parts of the book were mainly all of the new things I learned during the book. `Lindsay's Lohan - The IT Girl Next Door' was broken up into eighteen chapters, all filled with great detail and zest! The beginning of the book talks mainly about her childhood, pastimes, modeling, and acting. I loved how they gave me distinctive facts about Lohan that just stuck in my head. Did you know Lindsay Lohan was the first redheaded model with the Ford Modeling Agency? Each chapter also focuses on main things during Lohan's life. There is even an entire chapter dedicated to the ever so popular `Huff with Hilary Duff' about the allegations that both girls were dating pop star Aaron Carter.
There were a few things I disliked about the book but the main thing was definitely the reading level of the book. I did not feel like I was being challenged throughout the story at all. I felt like the biography was meant for a middle school student, not a high school. I also thought that I was tricked into reading the book because the reading level clearly stated eighth through twelfth grade. There were also a lot of things that I think should have been left out, like the last four chapters could have been turned into one chapter. The fifteenth chapter talks about astrology and Lohan being a cancer (just like me!), and the sixteenth talks about numerology. The seventeenth chapter is a thirty question `pop quiz' on Lohan and the eighteenth and final chapter is just a list of websites to surf.
Overall, I think that book was mediocre. I felt that they could have used better words, but would be, once again, perfect for a middle school aged child. I recommend this book despite not receiving its full 5 stars to anyone. It is a great book to educate people on celebrities and also to help people get a better point of view of how life really is in the lime-light twenty-four seven.

The day I received this book, I completed reading it--highlighter in hand. The content made sense to me. It fit into the larger picture or view I have of life, how we're all connected because, ultimately, we are only separated by our perceptions. As I did my morning walk the next day, I used the four statements about everyone and everything I saw. I touched and held the feeling that everything is a miracle. It was quite a walk. This is quite a book. The part about Inspiration and Intention is, alone, worth "the price of admission." And Joe Vitale . . . Thank you--for this and all the other remarkable things you share.

I have read some of Joe Vitale's books and listened to many podcasts and interviews, which have some really excellent information in them. So when I ordered this book I was very excited, and excited to learn about anything spiritual and Hawaiian (I'm an ex-resident).
This book at one point completely contradicted anything Joe mentioned in his Attractor Factor and The Key books. AT that point, he lost almost all credibility with me. I found some small red flags in the two previous books I just mentioned but this book just screamed that he will write or record anything to make money and doesn't care to get honest information out there to help anyone but himself. Truly disappointing. I felt like a "sucker" after reading this one.
I don't know a lot about Ho'oponopono, but I honestly dont think that what was written in this book is the way of Ho'oponopono. If I were Joe I would be very embarrassed. There was the usual barrage of advertising his books and website throughout the book, as well as more websites and books to buy from other authors. I feel like I bought a book that was basically a bunch of advertisements for things I do not want, and information that is not correct. It made the red flags that popped up in his other books (and I do believe in the Law of Attraction and a lot of what he teaches in The attractor factor and the Key because I've studied other authors and practiced it myself for years) turn into giant alarms. Sadly, I think Joe is in it for himself to make money and to help his friends become rich also. Between buying his books and James Arthur Ray's books and products, I don't know who is the bigger con artist. I'm done with both of them. If you read either of their books, you will see that there are so many with the exact wordings that it makes you wonder who is copying whom?
