Great summation of 15 years of cassette ministry experience!Review Date: 2002-02-14
I really enjoyed reading about the impact that the cassette ministry can have on the church as well as how it can be used as a tool in witnessing.
I really appreciated the technical overview/details that were provided in this book. This is great information for someone that is new to the ministry. The book tells about the technical details of cassettes. It also talks about maintaining cassettes and duplicating equipment.

For any Church that Wishes to Begin a Cassette MinistryReview Date: 1999-01-02
In rating the book I have rated it 5 stars for the targeted market. The rating is specific in relation to a church cassette ministry. The book could also serve as a book for those in the congregation to read that may have questions. I asked Mr. Berguson to send me a copy of the book and I would review it and give it to a library in his name. He had enough confidence to send the book. I did learn and I am going to give the book to a library.

Excellent introduction to RISCReview Date: 2001-12-11
It's discussion on different file systems does not directly have a bearing on the RISC architecture but fits in very snugly in giving a most complete general overview of a computer system. There's more to it than a good processor.
Read it! You'll learn a lot - not only about RISCs - but also what has driven hardware designers in the microprocessor industry for decades.

Good basic trainingReview Date: 2006-08-10
The general approach can be summed up as, "Why is this person here?" "From what are they seeking to be freed?" The methodology is valid, as it addresses the pastoral needs of the situation; it is helpful, as it immediately cuts through the nice, but irrelevant conversations; and it's is simple, which makes is easy to implement and follow.
Also included in the back is a helpful bibliography of other books on the subject, for those who wish to do further reading.

I want to know more about this book!Review Date: 1999-09-06
Technologically interestingReview Date: 2000-05-06
The early work of this book was basic research on groups, especially on the topics of group dynamics, communication, and decision making. When Reagan was elected president, Kiesler had just come to C.M.U. and the N.S.F. held up her grant on standards setting groups. So, for fun, she began to explore computer networks, the experiments of which "revealed many interesting phenomena, which we eventually wrote about in books and articles--on flaming, electronic group dynamics, changes in decision making and employee participation, and new kinds of teamwork." Connections: New Ways of Working in the Networked Organization, summarizes that research.
