Please, DON'T EVER THINK that such a book under the title "360 Problems for Mathematical Contests" is only suitable for students preparing themselves to math contests, but also I highly recommend this book and all other books of Titu Andreescu and his colleagues to all math lovers who like to develop their math skills and have fun and exciting in math.

Chocolate chip cookies are American classics and their popularity has spread worldwide. Even though I am French, they are among my top favorite cookies (same for my little sister). But even classics can use a little updating! Using the standard chocolate chip recipe as a basis, this book offers several variations, each delicious and unique. The ingredients are easy to obtain and the pictures add a lot of appeal! This book is great when you want to try something different and exciting!

Aloha Dolores continues the very funny adventures of a young girl and her cat, Duncan. Dolores is an extremely spirited girl whose exuberance often dismays Duncan as she includes him in her daily adventures. In this book Dolores sets out to win a trip to Hawaii by entering a contest sponsored by "Kitty Krunchies." Dolores' wise older sister, Faye, reminds her that thousands of people will enter the contest, but Dolores has no doubt that she and Duncan will win. The expressions on the cat's face are priceless and the vivid illustrations add to the storyline. My two daughters can't wait to add this book to their shelf right next to their very worn copy of Duncan and Dolores!

Amy and her friends tease her that she like Mark, when she tries to believe that she doesn't, even though it's true. Her enemies Valerie and Kristen try not to tell her about the Contest involving 200 dollars for the best Haunted House. Amy finds out and enter the Always Friends Club into the contest. Valerie's uncle is their secret ammunmicun to help them win. Mark helps the Always Friends Club set up, without knowing it, Amy and Mark each gain a crush on each other. Read the book and find out who wins the contest and what happens between Amy and Mark. It really is a good book!

That's how I feel when reading one of Stephen Krensky's adaptions of the "Arthur" stories. He manages to do justice to the entire story, while also adding new details and bits of information to make it even more interesting. Unlike some books based on TV series, major plot or character details aren't changed and you don't feel like you're missing anything.

In this story, Arthur and his friends discover the game of marbles. Arthur and Buster find that there's a fun game to be played with them after Muffy dismisses the collection she received as a useless birthday present. Arthur learns that his Grandma Thora was champion player and starts taking lessons from her, but finds that she didn't teach him everything.

Fans who saw the original television story will once again be pleased with Krensky's ending. It keeps to the moral of the story, while at the same time adding something new. Another great addition to the Arthur Chapter Book series.

I like this book because it is special. I am nervous sometimes just like Arthur in the story. It also makes me think about all the places that are in the book. I want to go to Washington, D.C. one day and meet the President. But I hope I don't have to give a speech. D.W. made me laugh at the end. It also made me think and I'm going to help other people. A good book.

Matt Davis has done a wonderful job. So many children's books are the same and follow the same formula. Matt's book does not do that. It is fun and children really become involved with the story. It's too bad the berries don't exist. The bread sounds delicious! You will find your mouth watering and wondering what is going to happen in the end.

This Book is very good, I love the series! What I like about it the best, is that it puts two great qualities in. I thought it was very funny and exciting. I highly recommend you to purchase this book.

This book is a feel good book! In my youth, I was in beauty pageants, it was the "in" thing to do for young ladies to gain self-esteem and boy did I gain self-esteem for those activities, I made lifelong friends and it was truly the best thing I had ever done.

Even in today's world which is ripe with problems, challenges and in my opinion, devoid of much joy, this book reigns supreme. I think everyone should read it, it's a great look into the past, present and future, instilling much hope in a reader's heart and mind.

I highly recommend this book. Sit back with a cup of your favorite tea, and enter a world that you haven't entered into for a very long time. I know I did and I loved it. Thank you for writing this book.
