This is an absolutely wonderful book on one of France's best-know female directors. Very scholarly yet enjoyable and readable.

My choice for best all around book on Director 5. Covers lingo and stage development with fantastic examples.

The enclosed CD-ROM contains all the source code use in the book (and more).



The best point I can make is that this book takes the time to show you SEVERAL ways to set-up your project before you start. A valuable time saver as your project advances.

Bubis does it again. He's a leader in the field and his insights are welcomed for all professionals working in the non-profit field. The book mentions issues current in the field that others have failed to deal with, especially with those working with Boards and Committees.

This is a good starter book if you are learning Director 5. It's a simple book for the beginner to understand. Macromedia also includes a cdrom will all of their product demos. Also includes a save disabled version of Director 5.0

I had not had the need to learn D9 until recently. After I learned D8 with the help of your previous book, it was a natural fit. You guys didn't disappoint! Well done.

This book is the cutest book! Excellent book to explain to children 3-6 years old an often uncomfortable topic. It is a great way to open communication between children and parents with great text and precious pictures.

As a first time filmmaker, I highly recommend Ron Richards' Director's Method for Film and Television. He provides the reader with an excellent survey of the languages of film and television cinematography. I am ready to roll. :-)
