Cooking is something we all like to do when we have ample time. When starting out, I myself as a vegetarian, sometimes felt like I didn't have the time to prepare healthy meals. I didn't have access to a garden or health food market, so how could I ever get it together. This book helps you see that it can be a lot of fun to cook when you implement some of their tricks of the trade. Nothing, you probably hadn't thought of before, but no thinking required here, it is all layed out for you. I enjoyed reading this cookbook book with it's humorous approach to cooking vegetarian. I have tried many of the recipes (with readily available ingredients I might add)and enjoyed them thoroughly. Why, even my hubby liked the recipes too. I like the approach of the book so much I plan to try some of the other "Lazy Way" books in the series.

I find it much too easy to get off-track during a hectic day at work, and this calendar helped solve that problem. It's a sturdy flip-top style that sits upright on your desk, and includes just the main thought for the day. I find that I rarely need to read the thought, as just glancing at the calendar reminds me to revisit my practice. Nonetheless, the text is attractive and easy to read, and the colors are pleasantly muted (not too feminine, just soothing). Personally, I ignore the dates (this starts with Lesson 1 on January 1), and just pick up wherever I am during the year. Definitely a keeper, and an outstanding gift for a fellow Course practitioner.

Never in a million years did I think that I would use the words "Waylon" and "cute" in the same sentence. But after listening to this loveable album, I couldn't think of any other way to describe him. Awwwwwwwwwww!!!!!

I found this cookbook not only easy to follow, but that it did not require any special ingrediants. All that is required in the recipes you can find in your own cupboard, which is helpful, especially if you want to whip something up spur of the moment. I also found the recipes to be very tasty and easy to make. Family and friends really enjoyed and complimented me on the meals I whipped up for them from this recipe book. I highly recommend this book to anyone, not just to someone whose husband is an avid hunter. I have substituted beef for the wild meats and found that the recipes worked just as well. A delightful cookbook to have and use.

After years of searching, I finally found the scrying book I have been looking for. This is not an instructional book, the "instructions" for scrying are the most elegantly simple thing in the world. (Dim the lights. Look into the crystal. Practice until it works. There, did you need a book?) This is a collection of writings and anecdotes about scrying, from all times and places, VERY thorough! Mr. Besterman wrote this in 1924, when he was only 20 years old. He went on to become a bibliographer at Oxford University. Most definitely not a fluff-peddler! There are footnotes giving all his sources, but no distracting chapter notes to make you flip back and forth, it is the smoothest, most enjoyable and entertaining read in the world, while at the same time scholarly. There are myriad things you can try, if you are a scryer. If not, the folklore and history is still fascinating. I am thrilled to find this book!

this album is rather wackadocious. it's mainly an upbeat tempo with a good funk feel.

John P. Milton has given us a wonderful set of DVDs' on life energy (Qi or Chi) cultivation. This DVD on "Qi Strength" is part of a three DVD Series on "Qi Gong for Long Life." Mr. Milton's presentation in all three DVDs is clear, detailed and inspired. He emphasizes practicing Qi gong in nature to deepen it's healing and energy-transforming effects. All three DVDs are professionally and beautifully directed and produced; all are based in a remote mountain wilderness in southern Arizona. John Milton teaches a comprehensive, week-long class in energy cultivation against the backdrop of the beautiful Chiricahua Mountains. His teaching also focuses on the union of inner and outer nature to build powerful qi strength; his creative instruction also shows us how to develop Taoist internal alchemy and meditation - teachings that are rare to find. Each of the DVD's includes a very useful set of water-resistant cards with photographs illustrating each qi gong taught on the DVDs. On the back of each card are written key points for the effective practice of every qi gong form. I give my highest recommendation to this DVD and the other two in the"Qi Gong for Long Life" series.

I have read this book several times, I like the feel of it. A very poetic book. I bought the book while living in Prague for some months, I think it captures the fairy tale and mystery of the city. I think you should read it.
